Burn Permits

Burn Permits are required within the Cimarron Hills Fire Protection District for any type of open vegetation burning. Firewood and other natural vegetation may be burned. Burning household goods, treated lumber, or other trash is prohibited.

Residential fire pits/recreational fires no longer require a burn permit, however must be located/conducted in accordance with our safety guidelines and burn restrictions.
